Virginia's ceramics are curiously eccentric and quintessentially British. Ranging from tea wares to vessels, tiles and jewellery, she hand makes each piece from slabs of clay and slip cast pieces. Painted slips, floral transfers and metallic lustres are used to create a mix and match collection filled with nostalgic charm. Virginia began making in 2000 and has exhibited widely across the UK and internationally. She is based in the small town of Corsham in Wiltshire where she makes all her pieces from her garden studio.
